high protein atta
A wheat atta engineered to 46g of protein per 100g — roughly four times regular atta — that still rolls into the same soft roti.
The brand
MillD is a high-protein wheat atta from Earth’s Treasure Food Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, built on the premise that India shouldn’t have to change how it eats to close its protein gap.
The flour blends whole wheat and wheat protein fraction (60%) with defatted soy fraction (30%) and defatted peanut fraction (10%), reaching 46g of protein per 100g — roughly four times regular atta — while still rolling into the same soft rotis, parathas, puris and dosas.
Rather than stone-grinding, the protein is concentrated through ultrafine milling and air classification, plus a pH-shift structuring step the company calls its Wave Process. The brand is fronted by fitness icon Milind Soman and says it has reached over 300,000 Indian households.
Three plant fractions, one flour. Nothing here is a powder you stir into a glass — it is the atta itself.
The base of the flour, and the reason it behaves like atta on the tawa rather than like a supplement.
Thirty per cent of the blend. Together with the wheat and peanut fractions it takes the flour to all nine essential amino acids.
The final tenth of the blend. Together the three fractions reach 46g of protein per 100g.
The process
MillD describes its platform as hybrid dry fractionation — the protein is concentrated mechanically, then structured, before it is ever a flour.
The grain is milled ultrafine — the first half of the brand’s dry-fractionation platform, and the step that makes separation possible at all.
Air separates the protein-rich particles from the starch — the second half of the dry-fractionation platform, and the step that actually concentrates the protein.
A pH-shift protein structuring step the company calls its Wave Process — structuring rather than milling, and the one stage the brand gives its own name.
MillD states its protein content is validated through batch-wise, NABL-accredited laboratory testing, with Trustified 100% blind testing. All figures on this page are the brand’s own.
MillD positions itself as India’s most affordable protein source. This is the comparison the brand makes, at Indian retail prices, in rupees.

Pitched as India’s most affordable protein source: 46g of protein for about ₹20, against ₹80 from 8 eggs, ₹120 from 250g paneer and ₹200 from two whey scoops.
No whey, no dairy, no added sugar, no additives, fillers or preservatives.
FSSAI licensed, GMO-free and batch-wise tested at NABL-accredited labs, with Trustified 100% blind testing.
